Honoring Our Heroes: Christopher Schwanke’s Dedication to Veterans

At Mercer Transportation, we take immense pride in the exceptional individuals who make up our team. Among them is Christopher Schwanke, an owner-operator who joined us in September 2023, bringing with him a small fleet and a profound commitment to service.

Recently, Christopher undertook a mission that exemplifies the spirit of giving back. Utilizing a Mercer trailer, he transported a load of grave markers for veterans from Georgia to Michigan. This act ensured that those who served our country are honored and remembered appropriately.

Christopher is a proud member of the Guardian Riders, a group of patriotic Americans dedicated to supporting all military veterans. Their highest priority is to keep the issue of returning all POWs/MIAs at the forefront and to honor and support all who have served our country.
